DAY 11

We just want to drive to the house today and fellowship with our brothers and sisters.

While we are sharing each others testimonies, Sister Martine Level, the daughter of our beloved Brother Renel Tanis, arrives with a lot of dessert for us. What a nice surprise!

Her father, Brother Tanis, was inspired in 2001 to build the Convention Centre Espouse Parole Parlee in Croix-des-Bouquets for the use of the Bride of Christ in Haiti.

Sister Martine introduces herself and testifies, that she had the desire to meet us, and that she was listening to some songs from the singers of Third Exodus already on YouTube.

We are very happy to hear her testimony and start to gather on the porch, and the brothers and sisters sing Into a supernatural place, which creates such a wonderful atmosphere. Brother Vin prays right afterwards for the Tanis family, as the mother suffered a stroke a couple of month ago and is bound to a wheelchair right now.

Brother Vin invites Sister Martine to the service tomorrow and she promises, that she would come, and bless us with a song or instrumental.

Another nice surprise: Brother Joel Conserve with his family and some of the believers from his church arrive also at the house and they express their desire to have some fellowship. We now pull up all the chairs in the front yard and Brother Vin begins to speak about our experience here in Haiti, the joy and passion that we see the believers have to come to church and worship God. He speaks about the Body of Christ, and that each one has a different purpose. God has put in every assembly people with different gifts for the edifying of the Body, and being self-sufficient.

The world creates cast systems, and they say, that the cattle is better than the ant. But Solomon didn’t say, consider the way of the cattle, but consider the way of the ant. Its shows you can learn from the ant, that looks so insignificant. Even every animal has its speciality. Every one has a special role and function, a specific purpose. All is part of a chain of life. You have botany life like trees, flowers, you have marine life, you have bird life, animal life, human life. It’s a chain of life and when one link in the chain is broken, it begins to disrupt the whole system. And this is type of the church.

As the prophet says, the denominations want the rich and powerful people in the church. It creates an imbalance and next thing is, that the spirituality in the church begins to die, and the political and ambitious part begins to grow. Then the climate changes, there is an ecological crisis because of an imbalance, and everything begins to die.

The church is not just a gathering of people and singing hymns. The Bible says, ‘The Lord added to the church such as should be saved.’ God’s church is predestinated. And that’s why a minister must know his children. Jesus said, ‘I know my sheep and My sheep know Me.’ People look what we do and they get impressed by it. But we cultivated all that in a very scriptural way by scriptural principals. People think that just happened so and they try to produce that and they can’t, because they don’t know the laws and principles behind it. It wasn’t just David playing music and casting out devils. It was because David knew that God anointed him to do this. And this is the thing. It was David’s faith casting out devils, because he had faith in his anointing. Because the devil knows if we have faith or not and in church it must have love and unity among the musicians and the singers. Where there is love and unity God can work. You can have the best singers and the best musicians and no love and unity, it will be competition and envy, and then there is no support for each other. Because if somebody is just singing and is not a musician, it might go just so far, but if there are musicians with it and harmony, it produces more.

While we are sitting and listening, it suddenly starts pouring down rain and we all have to move inside the house.

We continue the fellowship with many encouraging testimonies from different ones, who also speak about what this visit to Haiti has meant to them.

Brother Joel Conserve tells us also a little bit about the history of their  church, how they came through different phases, always looking and searching for more of God.

“Starting in 2011 we discovered a song from a convention that took place in Zimbabwe. We didn’t know exactly if Third Exodus was in that convention. I think it was Brother Jethro, he found that convention on Youtube and he showed it to me and I started watching it over and over. And I thought, these people attract me. I don’t understand any word from Zimbabwe, but I could understand through their body language  and translate. And that’s the way I could discover certain things. Then I heard Sister Shepherd’s voice, and Sister Meda and I told my pastor, ‘We found something on the net, that we should follow, we need to follow them.’ And ever since we were looking, but we didn’t know you had a website. And then we found it and Brother Bernard made the connection between Brother Vin and Brother Conserve. And now we can have that great time and we know that your presence here is not just something happening by accident. It’s for a good reason and I hope that this connection will stay, even after the rapture.”

Brother Vin: “What God has put together, no man can put asunder.”

Brother Joel: “I hope it won’t be your last visit, and I hope that we could travel and visit Trinidad. I take the opportunity on behalf of my pastor and the group to express my appreciation towards you.”

Brother Ronny,
our faithful driver adds, that every time he was driving us, he realizes that he is driving God. And he is asking Brother Vin to pray for one of his friends, who is not serving the Lord yet. They were always three friends together, and this one, Brother Joel Alfons, is not yet where he should be. But he is the one, who gave us his house here to stay.

Brother Vin:

“God gave us the greatest gift and we want to give Him our very best, to be a living sacrifice. We pray for our brother’s friend, who is not in the message yet and its a great thing to stand in the gap for somebody. One day all who loved us and we ever loved will be there.”

This special day ends with fervent prayer.
