Ucapkan Firman Tuhan – Speak the Word of God
This is the last day of the year 2015 and we appreciate so much what the Lord has done for us personally during this year, especially during the last couple of weeks. When the Light shines so bright, it shows things that we didn’t see before and we are so grateful for the love and grace of God, that He can take a vessel and mold it into what it needs to be. The potter never stops working, and He beats the gold until He can see His own image. It might hurt sometimes, but that’s what it takes to bring out His character.
Just at the time when the believers should be on their way for the service at 3 p.m. it starts pouring down heavy rain. The streets are flooded in minutes, and there is no way for them to make it in time, since most of them are coming by motor bike or scooter; sometimes the entire family, father, mother, children are on one bike.
The service starts around 5 p.m. and the believers are happy, full of joy and expectations. We can see such a unity and love amongst the saints here; the life of Christ expressed in simplicity. The time here among them is a tremendous blessing for us.
We’ve tried to serve the Lord in 2015, may we serve him much more in 2016, and take a look at our lives, and if He allows us to live another year, we want to walk with Him closer in this coming year than in the past year, and rise up with a greater faith.
With each passing year the world gets darker and darker. It just keeps falling apart, warning after warning. The people are desensitized; they are just so taken up with the world. But the believers are under the Token. As it was in Egypt, the locusts moved across the face of the earth. With each passing year the world gets darker and darker. The people are desensitized; they are just so taken up with the world, everything was being destroyed, gross darkness came among the people, but the children of Israel had Light in their dwellings. While the plagues were swallowing up the people, it couldn’t come near God’s children. They were eating the bread in haste.
Each year we look for His coming, each day. We are living under expectations. The little bride will be taken out one of these days. This is the checking up time. Everyone must know that they are sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, and the Bride has made herself ready. And they that were ready went in with the Bridegroom. And then the door was shut. When that time comes, Revelation 22:11: He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still. The prophet said, the message came for preparation, the Pillar of Fire for vindication and the Token is the consolation, the assurance.
We truly had a wonderful time in the camp, but tonight we want to take into consideration, what has been done in this hour, how He has called us, how He has dealt with us, to bring understanding, that we can recognize the working of the Holy Spirit; what His plans are for us, His objective, His motive, His purpose. Without knowing we don’t know how to prepare. Before we travel, we have to consider a lot of things, and if we do that for a natural journey, how much more for this great journey!
In this hour we need to be sensitive, and have spiritual perception. God has to raise the level of awareness of the believers, seeing that we move more conscious, not just of one another, but also what the Angel of God is doing. With the eyes we can see one another, but to see the Angel of God, our faith must connect with Him and we need to walk so close, where we know, He is always around. May we come to that faith.
We are grateful tonight to gather with believers of like precious faith. Brother Itok and his family, all the believers here, those who are drawn by the Holy Spirit. May He take us a little deeper, establish us, and may we be so rooted and grounded in the faith. May we increase the love and respect for one another, and bring us into deeper sincerity, and make us more conscious of the working of the Holy Spirit in our lives and in our midst, as He is working to bring to pass the fulfilling of His Word in this hour. May we receive such an increase in our lives, walk so close to Him, be so filled with His Spirit and with more understanding of His will in this hour.
