DAY 5/DAY 6/DAY 7 – TRAVELLING DAYS

DAY 5 – Holland – KASSEL/GERMANY

June 19th, 2018

It’s our last morning here in Ridderkerk/Rotterdam, and Brother Harry together with his faithful little companion and granddaughters join us like every day for breakfast in the hotel.

And after breakfast we have no other choice but to check out and say “Until…”

We really have come to know and appreciate the saints here for everything that they so generously have done for all of us, and the Lord has encouraged and blessed them, too.

Here is a photo of our temporary home for the next couple of weeks; the place where we’ll spend a lot of our time, a VW van.

The drive today takes us at least 5 hours on the German ‘Autobahn’ to our destination for this day, to a small city called Kassel in Germany, and after checking into the hotel and having a bite to eat, we drop immediately to bed.

Sometimes it takes a firsthand experience to really enter into the condition of being totally tired and worn, because it’s not easy to function with a time difference of 6 hours, where the body needs some time to adjust; travelling day and night, and living out of a suitcase. We are certainly thankful to God for all the prayers on our behalf, because it takes God’s supernatural strength and protection all the way. We are in a battle and our faithful captain takes the darts first. So we thank God for everyone, who keeps us before the Throne of Grace.

DAY 6 – Germany – PRAGUE/Czechia

June 20th, 2018

We continue today our journey further towards the East, the Capital city of Czechia, to Prague.

We take a short ice creme break close to Leipzig in East Germany  by the water, before we continue on our route.

Now we are in the part of Germany, which was formerly closed up by the Berlin Wall; a barrier, that surrounded West Berlin and prevented access to it from East Berlin und adjacent areas to East Germany during the period from 1961 to 1989.

Brother Branham speaks in the EndTime Sign Seed in 1962: Do you know what happens? If they give the western part, or the eastern part of Berlin back, that puts communism just, or I mean the Roman Empire,  just exactly in the old circle it was in.

This prophecy is fulfilled.

We arrive around 6 p.m. in Prague and recognize that many of the beautiful old big stone buildings were not destroyed during the world wars and meanwhile many have been nicely renovated. Lots of cathedrals and majestic government buildings are the main landmarks here.

Our hotel is located in one of the historically most valuable parts of the city, built in the early 1700. The breakfast is across the street in another place, where we have to go way down, down, down to the 13th Century Gothic cellar. The old buildings with their thick walls and even the original cobblestones on the streets are giving this Capital of Czechia the special character.

DAY 7  – Czechia to Vienna/AUSTRIA

June 21st, 2018

The time to leave and to continue our journey towards Poland has come, and right after breakfast we are back in the car. It’s a beautiful sunny day and we drive partly through Czechia with lovely landscapes, lush forests, yellow wheat- and corn fields, all kinds of fruit plantations and as soon as we enter Austria just about 82 km before Vienna, we see fruitful vineyards and flowering sunflower fields; this whole area seems to be one of the biggest fruit baskets in Europe.

Coffee break before we continue to Vienna.

We enter into Vienna around 7:30, and this Capital city of Austria is our last stop before we continue to our very first destination in Poland. The Lord kept us safe so far for about 2100 km on the road, driving from Frankfurt in Germany to Rotterdam in Holland, from Holland to Kassel in Germany, from Germany to Prague, Czechia, from Czechia to Vienna in Austria, and He will lead and keep us safe until the end.
